The Government of Japan has decided to dispatch House of Representatives member Motoo Hayashi (Japan-El Salvador Parliamentary Friendship League member) as Ambassador on Special Mission to the Inauguration Ceremony of Mr. Salvador Sanchez Ceren as President of the Republic of El Salvador, which is scheduled to be held in El Salvador's capital city of San Salvador on June 1, 2014.
  2. 2. Japan and El Salvador have long maintained amicable relations. The House of Representatives member Hayashi is appointed as Ambassador on Special Mission and dispatched to the Inauguration Ceremony in order to further deepen the bilateral relationship.
