Minister for Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida’s Visit to the Kingdom of Denmark and Attendance at the First TICAD V (Fifth Tokyo International Conference on African Development) Ministerial Meeting and OECD Ministerial Council Meeting

- If circumstances allow, Minister for Foreign Affairs Fumio Kishida is scheduled to visit the Kingdom of Denmark (Copenhagen), the Republic of Cameroon (Yaoundé), and France (Paris) from April 29 to May 8.
- In Denmark, Foreign Minister Kishida is scheduled to exchange views with Danish officials on cooperation with Denmark, including a foreign ministers’ meeting.
- In the Republic of Cameroon, Foreign Minister Kishida is scheduled to attend the First TICAD V Ministerial Meeting as Joint Chair.
- In France, Minister Kishida is scheduled to attend the OECD Ministerial Council Meeting and serve as Chair. Japan will serve as the Chair Country for the Ministerial Council Meeting this year, which marks the 50th anniversary of its accession to the OECD.
