Online Courtesy Call on Parliamentary Vice-Minister Mr. MIYAKE by H.E.Mr. Dy Vichea, Deputy Commissioner, General Commissariat of National Police of Cambodia
On January 27, Mr. MIYAKE Shingo, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, received an online courtesy call from H.E.Mr. Dy Vichea, Deputy Commissioner, General Commissariat of National Police of Cambodia, who are currently joining an online program hosted by the Government of Japan.
- Mr. Miyake stated that in the occasion of 30th anniversary of the UN peacekeeping operation in Cambodia which Japan dispatched its personnel for the first time, he highly valued Cambodia is contributing to the world peace through dispatching the personnel. He also stated that the year 2023 marks 70th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between Japan and Cambodia and 50th anniversary of the friendship and cooperation between Japan and ASEAN and Japan hoped that the both anniversary would be an opportunity strengthen friendship and trust between the both people, and he also hoped that the online program will be fruitful.
- H.E.Mr. Dy Vichea expressed his appreciation to Japan’s assistance to Cambodia and experience sharing through the online program and stated that he would like to strengthen friendship and cooperation between the two countries.
