Section B: Framework for Liberalization and Facilitation
Action Process
- Consultations will be held immediately after the Osaka Meetings on the preparation of the member economies' Individual Action Plans
- Individual Action Plans will be submitted to the 1996 Ministerial Meeting in the Philippines
- Overall implementation will begin as of January 1997
- A regular review to assess progress in the implementation of member economies' Individual Action Plans
- Revision of Individual Action Plans will be conducted
- As necessary, Individual Action Plans will be supplemented and improved
