All over the world, people are awakening to the age of the Internet, and Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs is no exception. In April of 1994, the ministry created its own English-language Internet home page for the purpose of presenting information on Japanese diplomacy to the world. In April 1996, the Ministry added a Japanese-language version of its Internet information service. What this means is that the age of ODA on the Internet has arrived as well.
