Energy Literacy Initiative: Learn Together!

For the purpose of promoting a common understanding on the appropriate use of energy, and the importance of energy conservation, energy efficiency and harmony with environment, we held a seminar named "Energy Literacy Initiative: Learn Together!" introducing participants to the world of energy education.
The seminar was composed of four parts.
- The introduction of the Energy Literacy Initiative by MOFA Japan;
- Presentations of activities and future plans/expectation on energy education by partners;
- Examples of activities on energy education in Japan, and a simulation of a class in energy at school;
- The introduction of future plans on the Energy Literacy Initiative by MOFA Japan.
The seminar was concluded with the recognition that it is important to promote energy education and improve energy literacy throughout the world.
