Fourth Round of High Level Dialogue between Japan and Republic of Korea on Climate Change

The fourth round of High Level Dialogue between Japan and Republic of Korea on Climate Change was held in Tokyo on April 30th, 2010. The Japanese delegation was headed by Mr. Shinsuke J. SUGIYAMA, Ambassador, Director-General for Global Issues, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Korean delegation was headed by H.E. Mr. Rae-Kwon CHUNG, Ambassador for Climate Change, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

In the dialogue, the two countries had extensive and open exchange of views regarding the post-2012 framework and the future cooperation in the region. The two countries shared the willingness of continuing the dialogue between Japan and Korea through relevant fora.
