Chiba Prefecture promotes international exchange and cooperation programs, actively using the prefecture's human, material and technological resources and in tie ups with various entities.

We enjoy exchanges in various fields such as economy, the environment and education with our partners including the State of Wisconsin, USA, and Dusseldorf, Germany.

In the field of international cooperation, we tie up with non-profit organizations (NPOs), universities, international organizations, etc. We also seek to devote our know-how as a municipality for human resource development in special support education and the enhancement of the aquatic environment in our international contribution.
