The format of Form A has been agreed internationally and the form has to comply with the following specifications and languages.

Writing paper of fine quality and weighing not less than 25 grams per square meter |
(3)Special requirements |
Green machine-turned background making any falsification by chemical or mechanical means apparent to the eye |
(4)Languages |
Form A may be printed and completed in English or French. The notes on the back of Form A may be printed in the language of the preference-receiving country |
