Japanese Language Program for the Members and their Families of the Diplomatic Missions in Tokyo (Opening of the Winter Term)
The Winter Term of the Japanese Language Program for the Members and their Families of the Diplomatic Missions in Tokyo began on November 24th.
The Program was initially launched in cooperation with a group of volunteer members of the diplomatic missions in Tokyo at the request of an Ambassador posted to Tokyo.
The Spring Term was held between April and July this year and successfully completed, the fact of which contributed to realizing the current term. The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Japan Foundation as well as Japanese volunteer instructors have come together to work with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.
The Winter Term is scheduled to run from November, 2019 to March 2020, and the classes will be held on a bi-monthly basis for beginners in Japanese.
