Meeting between Mrs. Yuko Kishida, the Spouse of the Prime Minister of Japan and Mrs. Valerie Whipps, First Lady of the Republic of Palau

On September 8th, Mrs. Yuko Kishida, the Spouse of the Prime Minister of Japan, had a meeting with Mrs. Valerie Whipps, First Lady of the Republic of Palau, who was visiting Japan.
- Mrs. Kishida welcomed First Lady Whipps’s visit to Japan and expressed her hope that the visit of President and Mrs. Whipps would be fruitful one referring to the long-standing friendship between the two countries. Mrs. Whipps mentioned that she was glad to revisit Japan and was looking forward to meeting with Mrs. Kishida. Mrs. Whipps also mentioned that she was very pleased that Japan and Palau have the long history of exchange and the deep friendship that has existed between the two countries.
- They also exchanged views on culture of Japan and Palau in a friendly atmosphere.
