The Japanese wines offered during the various meals at the Ise-Shima Summit were selected through an impartial screening by the G7 Ise-Shima Summit Japanese Wine Selection Committee. The G7 Ise-Shima Summit Japanese Wine Selection Committee consisted of the following members (titles omitted):
