On July 15, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ONISHI Yohei visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Tokyo and signed a Condolence Book to offer his heartfelt condolences on the passing of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, the Father Amir of the State of Qatar, who passed away on July 12.
