  1. In the afternoon of May 22nd, 2024, Mr. KISHIDA Fumio, Prime Minister of Japan, visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Tokyo and signed a Condolence Book on the passing of H.E. Ayatollah Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Dr. Amir Abdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
  2. After signing the Condolence Book, Prime Minister Kishida expressed his deepest sympathy and heartfelt condolences to the Government of Iran, the people of Iran, and the bereaved families to H.E Mr. Peiman Seadat, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
