Courtesy Call on Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ONISHI by H. E. Mr. Oğuzhan ERTUĞRUL, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Japan

On November 21st, commencing at 4:30 p.m., for approximately 30 minutes, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ONISHI Yohei received a courtesy call from H.E. Mr. Oğuzhan ERTUĞRUL, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Türkiye to Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows:
- Parliamentary Vice-Minister Onishi expressed condolences regarding the crash of a Turkish military cargo plane that occurred on November 11. He also expressed his respect for Ambassador Ertuğrul's efforts to strengthen Japan-Türkiye relations since his appointment.
- Ambassador Ertuğrul stated his intention to continue actively working to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various fields.
- Both sides agreed to continue close cooperation and coordination regarding the issues concerning Turkish nationals in Japan.
