State Minister for Foreign Affairs Nakasone’s Attendance at the National Day Reception of the Republic of Türkiye

On October 30, Mr. NAKASONE Yasutaka, State Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the National Day Reception of the Republic of Türkiye held in Tokyo.
- In his remarks, State Minister Nakasone noted that at the Japan-Türkiye Summit Meeting in September, the leaders of both countries confirmed that they would further promote cooperative relations in a wide range of areas. He also referred to the opening ceremony of the Turkish-Japanese Science and Technology University (TJU), which he had attended, and expressed his intention to deepen cooperation in fields such as education, trade and investment, and defense and defense equipment.
- Furthermore, State Minister Nakasone stated his commitment to making efforts to advance bilateral relations with Türkiye, which is increasing its presence from the perspectives of diplomacy, security, and economic security.
