Working Dinner between Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs OZORA and H.E. Dr. Mohamed AL DABIB, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Libya

On October 7, from 7:15 p.m. for approximately 90 minutes, Mr. OZORA Koki, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, held a working dinner with H.E. Dr. Mohamed AL DABIB, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research of Libya, who is visiting Japan.
- At the outset, Parliamentary Vice-Minister OZORA welcomed Minister Al Dabib’s visit to Japan. He reviewed past cooperation and exchanges between Japan and Libya in the field of education and expressed his hope that bilateral cooperation would further advance.
- In response, Minister AL DABIB stated that Libya wishes to further expand academic exchanges with Japan, including the dispatch of Libyan students to Japan, and to strengthen relations with Japan.
- Both sides agreed to further deepen cooperation in the field of education and to further advance bilateral relations toward the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations next year.
