On April 3, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ONISHI Yohei visited the Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria in Tokyo and signed a Condolence Book to offer his heartfelt condolences on the passing of the late H.E.M. Liamine Zeroual, former President of the Republic of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, who passed away on March 28.
