Announcement of Official Logo for the 140th anniversary of Japanese immigration to Argentina
This year marks the 140th anniversary of Japanese immigration to Argentina. To celebrate this milestone, a commemorative logo has been designed, led by the local Japanese community.
The design incorporates the number 140, symbolizing the long history woven over these years, and the flags of both countries. It depicts migrants from Japan to Argentina, represented by origami cranes.
The anniversary slogan is “Historia que nos une, legado que inspira (History that unites us, legacy that inspires)”.
This logo will be used as the official symbol for the anniversary and can also be used for projects commemorating the 140th anniversary of Japanese immigration to Argentina.
