From December 16 to 18, Mr. Zhao Gang, Director General, Department of Policy and Planning, China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA) visited Japan for research on legislation and system on development cooperation of Japan and had exchanges with Mr. Suzuki Hideo, Director General of the International Cooperation Bureau, and relevant officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, as well as with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
