Call for Applications for International Program Associates

- The Program for Global Human Resource Development for Peacebuilding and Development is a program established by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (MOFA) in order to strengthen the civilian capacity of Japan and other countries in the field of peacebuilding and development. MOFA has commissioned Hiroshima University to implement the program.
- Applications are now open for 10 international Program Associates (PAs) to participate in the Primary Course. The application guidelines and required documents can be found on the Hiroshima University website
. Please submit your application and other required documents via email by 9:00 pm Japan Time on July 1, 2026.
[note] Those from the following countries are eligible to apply for this program this year: the Republic of Angola, Burkina Faso, the Republic of Colombia, the Republic of Haiti, Lao People's Democratic Republic, State of Libya, the Republic of Palau, State of Qatar, Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and Ukraine. - The course is for 4 weeks from November 2 to 27, 2026.
