  1. H.E. Ms. Halla Tómasdóttir, President of Iceland will visit Japan from May 26 to June 1 to attend Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan.
  2. During her stay in Japan, the President will make a State Call on His Majesty the Emperor of Japan. Mr. ISHIBA Shigeru, Prime Minister of Japan, will hold a meeting with the President.
  3. The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the President and hopes the visit will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and Iceland.
