Working Lunch between Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ERI and H.E. Mr. Jurij RIFELJ, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to Japan

On June 2, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs ERI Arfiya attended a working lunch hosted by H.E. Mr. Jurij RIFELJ, Ambassador of the Republic of Slovenia to Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows:
- Parliamentary Vice-Minister ERI welcomed the expanding exchanges between Japan and Slovenia and expressed her commitment to further strengthening relations with Slovenia, emphasizing that both countries share common values and principles.
- Parliamentary Vice-Minister ERI and Ambassador RIFELJ confirmed that they will continue to cooperate in a wide range of fields, including politics, economy, and culture. The two sides also exchanged views on the regional and international affairs, including their policies toward North Korea such as on the nuclear and missile issues as well as the abductions issue and other Indo-Pacific situations, as well as the situations in Ukraine and the Middle East.
