On October 23, Ms. ERI Arfiya, Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs, attended the National Day Reception of the Czech Republic, which was held in Tokyo. Ms. ERI held the kagami-biraki ceremony together with Mr. Jan Marian, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, who is visiting Japan.
