Visit to Japan by H.E. Ms. MELONI, President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic

H.E. Ms. Giorgia MELONI, President of the Council of Ministers of the Italian Republic, will pay an Official Working Visit to Japan from Thursday, January 15 to Saturday, January 17, 2026.
- During her stay in Japan, Ms. TAKAICHI Sanae, Prime Minister of Japan, will hold a meeting with Prime Minister Meloni, followed by a working lunch.
- This visit of Prime Minister Meloni is expected to further strengthen the bilateral relations, as this year marks the 160th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Japan and Italy.
