Visit to Japan by H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and Mrs. Macron

H.E. Mr. Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic, and his spouse, Mrs. Brigitte Macron, will pay an Official Visit to Japan from March 31 to April 2, 2026.
- During their stay in Japan, President and Mrs. Macron will make a State Call on Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan, and Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress will invite the President and Mrs. Macron to a luncheon. Ms. TAKAICHI Sanae, Prime Minister of Japan, will hold a meeting with President Macron, followed by a working dinner.
- This visit of the President and Mrs. Macron is expected to further strengthen the Japan-France relations, an “Exceptional Partner” that share fundamental values and principles.
