  1. The 4th Japan-EU Cyber Dialogue was held in Brussels, Belgium on June 11th, 2019. The Japanese Delegation was led by Mr. Masato Otaka, Ambassador in charge of Cyber Policy / Deputy Director General of Foreign Policy Bureau, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and joined by representatives from relevant authorities, while the EU Delegation was led by Mr. Pawel Herczynski, Deputy Managing Director for CSDP and Crisis Response / Director for Security Policy and Defense, European External Action Service and joined by representatives from relevant authorities.
  2. In the Dialogue this time, Japan and the EU shared their recent activities in cyber arena and had various discussions on on international cyber security, measures on cybercrime, capacity building and other issues as well.

  4. The 5th Japan-EU Cyber Dialogue will be held in Tokyo next year.
