Courtesy Call on Parliamentary Vice Minister FUKAZAWA by H.E. Mr. Erkinbek OSOEV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan

On February 21, Mr. FUKAZAWA Yoichi, Parliamentary Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, received a courtesy call by Mr. Erkinbek OSOEV, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan. The overview of the meeting is as follows:
- Parliamentary Vice Minister Fukazawa stated that the Kyrgyz Republic is a friendly and comprehensive partner of Japan. Based on the achievements of the successful visit of His Excellency President Sadyr Zhaparov to Japan last November, Parliamentary Vice Minister Fukazawa also mentioned that Japan would like to boost sustainable development of the Kyrgyz Republic and strengthen cooperation, as partners in maintaining and strengthening the free and open international order based on the rule of law.
- Ambassador Osoev stated that President Zhaparov’s Official Visit to Japan became a historic event and expressed his desire to further expand cooperation with Japan in various fields, based on the Joint Statement between Japan and the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Both sides confirmed that they will work together toward the Summit of the “Central Asia plus Japan” Dialogue, considering the importance of the Dialogue.
