Japan-Ukraine Relations

On September 25, commencing at 4:00 p.m. local time, for approximately 30 minutes, the Event Supporting Ukrainian Recovery and Reconstruction was held and Mr. AKAHORI Takeshi, Senior Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs participated in the event. Joint Declaration of Support for Recovery and Reconstruction of Ukraine was issued at the event, showing unwavering commitments to continue their strong support for Ukraine. H.E. Mr. Volodymyr Zelenskyy, President of Ukraine and other government officials, including leaders, from countries that support the Joint Declaration attended the event.
