Japan’s registration for the Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan was approved at the General Assembly of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE) on December 1, 2020. The Government of Japan has sent invitations to the Governments of other country and region, and international organisations. The following countries, region and international organisations have confirmed their participation in the Expo;
