G20 (Summit on Financial Markets and the World Economy)

On September 10th, Prime Minister KISHIDA Fumio, who is currently visiting India to attend the G20 New Delhi Summit, paid a visit to Rajghat, where remains of Mahatma Gandhi, known as India’s Father of the Nation, were cremated. Prime Minister KISHIDA paid a floral tribute there as a part of the official leaders’ programs of the G20 Summit. On the same day, Mrs. KISHIDA Yuko, the Spouse of Prime Minister KISHIDA, also paid a visit to Rajghat and a floral tribute there as a part of the official spouses’ programs.
