Prof. MATSUMOTO, Science and Technology Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Dr. KOTANI, Science and Technology Co-Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, participated in the FMSTAN meeting

On October 13 and 14, Prof. MATSUMOTO Yoichiro, Science and Technology (S&T) Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Dr. KOTANI Motoko, S&T Co-Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, participated in the FMSTAN (Foreign Ministries S&T Advisors Network) meeting held in Geneva. This meeting was held in conjunction with the 2nd Annual GESDA (Geneva Science and Diplomacy Anticipator) Summit.
At the meeting, they exchanged views with the S&T advisors and experts from various countries on topics such as governing public goods, hydropolitics, sand resource governance and science diplomacy in the current geopolitical context and global crises.
