Presentation for science and technology attachés in the foreign Missions in Japan by Prof. MATSUMOTO Yoichiro, Science and Technology Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and Prof. KANO Mitsunobu, Science and Technology Co-Advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs

On 17th March, Prof. MATSUMOTO and Prof. KANO gave a presentation on Japan’s Science and Technology Diplomacy at a hybrid seminar held at the Embassy of Switzerland in Japan for science and technology attachés of the foreign Missions in Japan. Prof. MATSUMOTO and Prof. KANO explained their activities with concrete examples and introduced the STI showcase(PDF)
, which was compiled by the Advisory Board for Promoting Science and Technology Diplomacy in order to tackle hunger and malnutrition and transform food systems. Both professors had an active exchange of views with the science and technology attachés in the foreign Missions in Japan.
