His Excellency Mr. Mahinda Rajapaksa, President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and Mrs. Shiranthi Rajapaksa will pay an Official Working Visit to Japan from Tuesday, March 12 to Friday, March 15.
During their stay in Japan, the President and Mrs. Rajapaksa will make a State Call on Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress of Japan, and Their Majesties the Emperor and Empress will host a Court Luncheon in honor of the President and Mrs. Rajapaksa. Mr. Shinzo Abe, Prime Minister of Japan, will hold a meeting and host a dinner with the President.
