- The Japan-India Joint Working Group on Counter-Terrorism will hold its 3rd meeting in Tokyo, Japan on November 6, 2012.
- H.E. Mr. Osamu Imai, Ambassador in charge of International Cooperation for Countering Terrorism and International Organized Crime and Ambassador in charge of Cyber Policy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, and H.E.Mr. Asoke Mukerji, Special Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs of India will represent respective sides. Officials from counter-terrorism related ministries and agencies will also attend the meeting.
- In this meeting, Japan and India will exchange views on the international and regional terrorism situation, as well as on the international counter-terrorism cooperation.
