The third ARF ISM on Maritime Security (ARF ISM-MS) will be held on Monday, February 14 and on Tuesday, February 15, 2011 at the Mita Kaigisho (Mita Conference Hall)
Japan co-chairs the ARF ISM-MS along with Indonesia and New Zealand. Senior government officials (Director-General level) and military officials from ARF participating countries will be attending this meeting.
The ARF ISM-MS is a platform for the ARF participating countries to exchange their views on maritime security. This meeting will serve as a wrap-up meeting of the past two ARF ISM-MSs and is expected to identify the priority areas to be worked on in the future by the ARF ISM-MS.
