  1. Rt. Hon. Mr. William Hague, First Secretary of State and Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the U.K. will visit Japan from July 15 (Thu) to July 16 (Fri).

  2. During his stay, Mr. Hague is scheduled to attend a Foreign Ministers’ meeting with H.E. Mr. Katsuya Okada, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, in which the Ministers will discuss on bilateral relations and regional/global challenges.

  3. The Foreign Secretary’s visit is expected to further strengthen the friendly and cooperative relations between Japan and the U.K.
