- Mr. Katsuya Okada, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, will visit
New York, the United States from September 21 (Mon) to 25 (Fri). He is accompanying
Mr. Yukio Hatoyama, Prime Minister of Japan, who is attending the General
Assembly of the United Nations.
- During his visit, Foreign Minister Okada will hold bilateral meetings with other Foreign Ministers as well as attend international conferences which will be held on the occasion of the 64th session of the General Assembly, including G8 Foreign Ministerial Meeting.
