  1. Amb. Tatsuo Arima, Special Envoy of the Government of Japan for the Middle East, will visit the United States of America from April 4 (Sat) to 8 (Wed) to exchange views with key government officials and intellectuals concerned with the Middle East Peace Process including Mr. George J. Mitchell, Special Envoy of the U.S. for the Middle East Peace.
     
  2. In these meetings, views on the recent situation surrounding the Middle East Peace Process will be exchanged.  There will also be discussion on what kind of policy the international community should take in the future.
