Visit to Cambodia and Laos by Mr. Hirofumi Nakasone, Foreign Minister of Japan

H.E. Mr. Hirofumi Nakasone, Minister for Foreign Affairs, will visit the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Lao People’s Democratic Republic from January 10 to 12.
During his visit, Mr. Nakasone will have talks with H.E. Mr. Hor Namhong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Cambodia, and H.E. Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Lao PDR. He will also meet with H.E. Mr. Samdech HUN Sen, Prime Minister of Cambodia, and attend the signing ceremonies and handover ceremony of an economic assistance project, and the opening ceremony of the Mekong-Japan Exchange Year.
On January 10, Mr. Nakasone will also have talks with H.E. Mr. Kasit Piromya, Foreign Minister of Thailand, during his stopover in Bangkok.
