The Seventh Round of Negotiations for the Japan-Indonesia Economic Partnership Agreement

  1. The Seventh Round of Negotiations for the Japan-Indonesia Economic Partnership Agreement will be held on June 21 (Thu) and 22 (Fri) in Tokyo (Ministry of Foreign Affairs).

  2. The meeting will be attended on the Japanese side by Mr. Masaharu Kohno, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs, and representatives of the ministries and agencies concerned; and on the Indonesian side by Ambassador Soemadi Djoko Moerdjono Brotodiningrat and representatives of the ministries and agencies concerned.

  3. At the forthcoming meeting, the participants will discuss and seek to finalise the texts for all fields of the negotiations toward the signing of the Agreement, based on the agreement in principle reached in November last year.
