Visit to Japan by Young Members of the State Duma of the Russian Federation

1. A delegation of six young members of the State Duma of the Russian Federation headed by Mr. Viktor Nefedov will visit Japan from January 28th (Sun) to February 2nd (Fri) as the invitation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
2. The Russian delegation will have a meeting with their Japanese counterparts, exchange views with officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and visit such regions as Osaka and Wakayama.
3. This visit by the Russian delegation is expected to energize Japan-Russia legislators' exchanges and to contribute to further strengthening bilateral political dialogue.
