Visit to Japan by Delegation of the Communist Party of China's Central Party School

- A delegation of the Central Party School of the Communist Party of China comprising 76 people headed by Mr. Shi Taifeng, Vice President of the Central Party School, will visit Japan from November 21 (Mon) to 30 (Wed) as part of the exchange program with the School.
- During its stay in Japan, the delegation will exchange views with officials of ministries and agencies, and then will visit Aichi, Hyogo and Fukuoka prefectures in three groups to inspect organizations of interest and exchange views on such issues as administration, economy and environmental problems.
- This exchange program of the Central Party School started based on an agreement in August 2000 between Mr. Yoehi Kono, the then Foreign Minister, and Mr. Zeng Qinghong, the then Head of the Organization Department, Communist Party of China, and now Vice President of the People's Republic of China. Under this mutual exchange program, Japan has accepted Chinese delegations five times and dispatched Japanese delegations the same number of times.
