Second Japan-EU Talks on Counter-Terrorism

- Second Japan-EU (European Union) Talks on Counter-Terrorism will be held on October 18 (Tue) in Tokyo.
- The participants on the Japanese side will be officials concerned headed by Mr. Tadamichi Yamamoto, Ambassador in charge of International Counter-Terrorism, Japan; and on the EU side, officials concerned headed by Mr. Gijs de Vries, European Union Counter-Terrorism Coordinator.
- At the talks, the participants will take up wide-ranging issues on the state of international terrorism and counter-terrorism measures as a whole.
