Visit to Japan by H.E. Mr. Raymond Ramazani Baya, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo

H.E. Mr. Raymond Ramazani Baya, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), will visit Japan from December 16 (Thu) to 21 (Tue) as Guest of the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan.
During his stay in Japan, Mr. Ramazani Baya will have talks with Mr. Nobutaka Machimura, Minister for Foreign Affairs, and other officials concerned of the Government of Japan to exchange wide-ranging views on Japan-DRC bilateral relations as well as on peace and development in Africa.
It is expected that the friendly and cooperative relationship that has been maintained between the two countries will be further strengthened by the upcoming visit of Mr. Ramazani Baya.
This will be Mr. Ramazani Baya's first visit to Japan as foreign minister (he previously visited Japan as a journalist). .
