The Right Honourable Percival Noel James Patterson, P.C., Q.C., M.P., Prime Minister of Jamaica, accompanied by a suite, will pay an official working visit to Japan from October 12 to 15, 1998.
   During his stay in Japan, the Prime Minister will be received in audience by His Majesty The Emperor and Their Imperial Highnesses The Prince and Princess Akishino.
   The Prime Minister will also hold talks with Prime Minister Keizo Obuchi.
The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the Prime Minister, which will further strengthen the friendly relations between Japan and Jamaica.
