His Excellency Jose Maria Aznar Lopez, President of the Government of Spain, and Mrs. Aznar, accompanied by a suite, will pay an official working visit to Japan from October 28 to 31, 1997.
During their stay in Japan, the President and Mrs. Aznar will be received in audience by Their Majesties The Emperor and Empress of Japan.
The President will have official talks with the Prime Minister of Japan.
The Prime Minister of Japan and Mrs. Hashimoto will host a Dinner in honor of the President and Mrs. Aznar.
The Government of Japan sincerely welcomes the visit of the President and Mrs. Aznar, which will further strengthen the friendly relations existing between Japan and Spain.
