  1. The Japan-India Vice Minister-Foreign Secretary Dialogue and Foreign Office Consultation will be held on Friday, April 8 in Tokyo.

  2. The participants of the Vice Minister-Foreign Secretary Dialogue will include Mr. Kenichiro Sasae, Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Ms. Nirupama Rao, Foreign Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs of India. They will exchange views on countermeasures for the Great East Japan Earthquake and international agendas in general.

  3. The participants of the Foreign Office Consultation will include Mr. Koro Bessho, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, and Foreign Secretary Rao, Ministry of External Affairs of India. They will exchange views on bilateral relations, global and regional issues among other topics.
