  1. In response to Tohoku - Pacific Ocean Earthquake, a flight loaded with nuclear related materials (radiation survey meters, protective mask etc.) is scheduled to arrive at Narita Airport on the evening of April 2.

  2. The Government of the United Kingdom dispatched a rescue team to Iwate Prefecture immediately after the disaster. It also offered 100 tons of drinking water to Ibaraki Prefecture. The Government of Japan deeply appreciates the cooperation to date by the Government of the United Kingdom.
