  1. In response to the Tohoku - Pacific Ocean earthquake, a flight loaded with 100 tons of drinking water offered by the Government of the United Kingdom is scheduled to arrive at Narita Airport on the evening of March 28.

  2. After arriving at Narita Airport, the drinking water will be delivered to and distributed in Ibaraki Prefecture.

  3. The Government of the United Kingdom dispatched a rescue team, consisted of 77 personnel, to Iwate Prefecture immediately after the disaster. The Government of Japan deeply appreciates the cooperation to date by the Government of the United Kingdom.
